Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

Orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier.
Mio Lux is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered.”
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Returns & Store Credit Policy
Our simple return guidelines.
Because swimwear is considered an intimate garment, we maintain strict hygiene standards while doing our best to provide a fair and transparent return process.

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for store credit:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage.
All original tags must remain attached.
Protective hygiene liners must be intact.
Item must be returned in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Mio Lux does not offer monetary refunds.
Approved returns will receive store credit issued via email, redeemable on our website. Store credit:
Does not expire.
Cannot be redeemed for cash.
Is final once issued.
This allows us to maintain product quality, inventory integrity, and fair pricing.

Due to limited inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size, we recommend:
